This seminar features a series of presentations by each of the Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish unions, focusing on digitalization and educational challenges in decision-making processes for teachers and principals. Our students must be educated for a future where digitization will be a natural part of their everyday and professional life, continued under constant development.
The segment concludes with a 15-minute panel discussion, aimed at formulating key consensus statements from the federations on necessary actions moving forward in these areas.
