The “Trivselprogrammet” (Well-being Program) is an educational tool aimed at increasing activity, safety, and structure during recess, where students are trained as “Trivselledare” (Well-being Leaders). Recess is used as a starting point to promote physical activity while also providing students with leadership and inclusion skills.
The program also combines physical activity and learning in the classroom through practical teaching methods that are linked to the curriculum.
In conjunction with the school’s own action plans, the goal is for the Trivselprogrammet to contribute to reducing bullying and social exclusion.
