The parents easily get a picture of their children’s days. Via the activity log, they can see what the week looks like and a link to the curriculum. The preschool can choose which entries should be included in a child’s/department’s documentation. Reports are sent with a clear picture of which parts of the curriculum a child or a department has worked on.
The preschool has a reporting function where the parents can notify when the child will be picked up and dropped off or if the child will be absent. The staff can then produce attendance lists using this information as a basis. Furthermore, there are overviews with the distribution of the number of children over the day to support the scheduling of staff.
