Rethinking ICT professional development


Digital tools can greatly impact teaching and learning, but ICT training is often a one size fits all introduction to the latest tools, without a clear pedagogical motivation, thus leading to limited implementation and impact. We share our journey towards an alternative model, and the development of a culture where digital tools are a natural part of our collaborative pedagogical development.
